Or, for those charcoal aficionados, there is a wonderful Weber Grill. The Sparkling Pool and Spa are the focal point of this totally private backyard which is complete with comfy loungers for soaking up the sun. The Pool is situated to where it gets a fair amount of shade during the day.

The large Fully - Equipped, Gourmet Kitchen has granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; a large island; and a breakfast nook. Complete with both a Keurig Coffee Maker and a standard drip coffee maker for your use along with everything else imaginable.

The Main Suite has a King Sleep Number Bed and an En Suite bath with Soaking tub and walk-in shower. Opening onto the Pool and Spa, this becomes the ultimate retreat. The large HDTV is perfect for lounging on your Sleep Number bed and watching the shows you have missed.

Guest Bedroom 1 has a wonderfully comfortable Queen Bed and the En Suite Bath has a Shower / Tub combination.

The Den/3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and opens up to the foyer. There's a powder room just across the hall.

The detached Casita is just past the Pool and Spa and has a New Queen mattress As of September 2020. En Suite Bath has a Walk-in-Shower.
