Relax, refresh and sip on a cool beverage on the front porch as you watch the S.S. Badger and boats go by the marina! Enjoy dining, shopping and entertainment across the street too! Located in Ludington, this lovely house is a dream. Step indoors for a comfortable stay. The leather sofa slightly reclines. You will think the sofa is the vacation! Books, games and a large tv provided but we think you will want to go to the beach, mini golf, lighthouse, playground, skate park, or ampitheatre all less than 1.3 miles away. After a long day of sun and play you get to rest up for another day of play in this 3 bedroom home Including 1 queen bed, a double and a twin, our property offers superb comfort for guests. Each bed has 2 pillows per person ( I.E. Queen & full beds have 4 bed pillows for your comfort (Twin 2 pillows). Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the cool breeze with AC. This cared for home offers one full bathroom on the 2nd story. Linens, soaps, and some toilet paper provided for your convenience. Need to work remote or play some games on your computer a desk and office chair provided. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy bedrooms or working in the charming office, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.One of the best features is you can walk to almost every major attraction in Ludington from this home! Don't spend time driving your vacation away...reserve here & enjoy the fresh unsalted air of Lake Michigan as you walk around town to nearby attractions!

Homes, treasure hunting and bringing joy to others is my passion! So, I married the 3 along with my best friend and long time husband! I bought this home with a vision to bring people together. Throughout the home I placed "treasures" for people to look at and wonder about the stories of each item as I have. knowing each item is special and unique like our guests. Things like vintage pictures of the SS Badger and Spartan Carferry, Carem Game Board (manufactured here in Ludington), and beverage bottles from our local distellery! I hope you enjoy the rich history and amazing location! This home is less than a half a block from downtown and the marina. You can see the marina and downtown from the porch. Life is good so close to the lake and entertainment. Have fun, relax and enjoy being part of my passion!
