Adjacent to Silicon Beach, and within walking distance to the beach. Spend your days biking along the coast, people watching at Venice Beach, or enjoying fine dining in Santa Monica. In your backyard you will find short drives to Santa Monica (Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, plus lots of other great dining and shopping), Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, and LAX airport. It is about a 10-minute drive to LAX. You can walk to multiple nearby restaurants and grocery stores (Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s are each a mile away). Directions and information on local amenities and attractions will be provided by your host.

Sometimes you can just hear the bark of sea lions in the marina below. The large balcony directly off the living room is fully furnished with comfortable seating and decorative local plants (plus a screen door) for true California indoor/outdoor living. Most days there is a nice breeze and you don't need heating or air conditioning, but when you do, there is central heat/air, as well as a portable air conditioning unit (in the primary bedroom) and moveable fans are provided.

The condo is fully remodeled with gorgeous grey washed wood floors throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room, hallway, and primary bedroom, providing you with spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy night's rest with comfortable king- (primary bedroom) and queen- (guest room) sized beds. The living room couch also pulls out to a queen size bed. You will sleep like a baby on luxury linens and top-quality mattresses. High quality bed linens are provided. There is ample closet and drawer space to store your belongings.

The primary bathroom en-suite features a large walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a free-standing soaking tub. Soft fluffy white towels and your own robe complete the 5-star experience. Some complimentary toiletries are included.

The dining area provides space for up to four people. Your stylish kitchen features custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. It is a welcoming and upscale kitchen for you to entertain and make your favorite meals. You will find all the best kitchen appliances and gadgets, including a coffee maker, electric kettle and more. Dishes, drinkware and utensils for at least 4 - 6 people is also included, along with a selection of complimentary spices and cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully appointed with pots, pans, a toaster, Nutribullet and more, so you have all the necessities for a homemade meal and entertaining. Starter supplies for tea & coffee are also provided.

You will find flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet for you to enjoy the use of during your stay. There is a small office area within the primary bedroom suite, with a desk, chair, printer and a gorgeous view of the ocean and Marina, for those times you just have to do a bit of work.

Weekly housekeeper service is included. Who wants to clean on vacation?! There is a laundry facility with washing machines and dryers just steps away from the unit. The condo unit also has its own easy-to-use security system, for your added comfort. Use of this system is optional.
