Perfect location to access downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, Red Rocks Amphitheater and much more. Our unique neighborhood has many wonderful shops and restaurants that are fun to explore. Just a short stroll will bring you to Rocky Top Sports Bar & Grill, Goldspot Brewing Company, Brooklyn's Pizza, and Regis University,

Our neighborhood is exciting and welcoming! There are incredible restaurants, parks, and golfing all within walking distance. If you are traveling for business, we are just a short drive to downtown. If you enjoy being in a warm family friendly location, where the community loves walking, biking, and enjoying what the neighborhood has to offer, this is the location for you!
What makes this property unique
Our property is quaint, and built with love and intention. We designed the ADU with purpose, and aim to make you feel at home and welcome. The space has plenty of storage, a space to work, comfortable queen size bed, and extra amenities to make your stay peaceful. Our family lives in the main house with our dog Cooper. We are often outside enjoying the garden, or playing baseball with our son.
