Taylor's Tranquil Retreat in Palm Coast.
Unwind in Palm Coast at this lovely house. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 full bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the sitting room. This peaceful retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house features all the essentials you need, such as AC, Salt water Pool (NOT HEATED)
with privacy fence, WiFi and 10 minutes to the beach, a washer and dryer.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a bidet and a shower. Whether you're lounging in the cozy bedrooms or enjoying the superb bathroom facilities, our place will make you feel right at home. We think our place will help you experience everything Palm Coast has to offer. You must be 25 years or older to book a reservation. Come and enjoy your stay in our pool home with three bedrooms. Guest also have access and are encouraged to enjoy the lanai area, you are allowed to smoke in the lanai area , and use sitting areas with firepit and grill. The garage, pantry, master closet is NOT shared space for the guest to use. In the summer we limit the Temperature of the AC to no lower than 70 degrees.
First and foremost this is our personal home so we still live here when we don't have it rented. We do have personal items of ours in the home and ask that you please respect our things. We will provide adequate space for your things while staying here but not all of the drawers and closets are available for use. We ask that you kindly understand this.
There are cameras on the premises at the front door and on the outside perimeter of the home as well as the pool area. The pool camera is for security purposes to protect us if any accidents should occur. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.
Absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic containers.
Palm Coast does not allow trailers to be parked in the driveway so if you are traveling with a trailer our place will not work for you unless you have somewhere you can store it. If you ignore the Palm Coast policy (not our policy) and bring a trailer YOU will be responsible for the fine if one is issued!

Teresa and I have been married for 15 + years and we love living near the ocean. We are both from the South, she is from Ga and I am from Fla. We have 9 grandkids and love spending our free time with them!! We hope you enjoy our home, this is not a house that is an investment property this is our one and only home that we love.
Why they chose this property
We love Pam Coast it's one of the cities that is not to big and not to small just right, we are not far from St Augustine, Daytona Beach and the parks in Orlando.
What makes this property unique
We love the pool area and the privacy we have in the lanai area. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to shopping and restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach.
