SAFETY & SECURITY: The exterior of this property is under 24/7 AV security monitoring at all entrances. This is compliant with local law. Any efforts to tamper with, disable, or obstruct security equipment is a violation of local law and will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE: The property is nestled in a quiet, secluded neighborhood with a 25mph speed limit. Residents are often out enjoying a walk on the roadways at dawn and dusk. Please follow the speed limit and drive with caution.

SANITIZATION: Health, Safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, on balconies, or on the terrace. Any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum fee of $1,500 to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Smoking is permitted only in the backyard or dock area.

You assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, including those arising from the use of kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, and the use of the fire pit, hammock, spa, and exercise equipment. You understand the potential risks posed to unsupervised children and individuals with health conditions, intoxication, or medication use. You agree to hold the owner harmless and waive any claims against them for accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay. Booking constitutes a binding agreement acknowledging these terms.
