Fully stocked home with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee machine, sugar, tea, storage products, and cleaning products as well as a few misc. items you may have forgotten.

Explore Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Golf Courses, many Casinos, Parks, Museums, the Living Desert Zoo, Salton Sea, Joshua Tree, Hot Air Balloon Rides, the Aerial Tramway in Palm Springs. As well as downtown La Quinta, which is an exceptional area filled with views, great vibes, and some of the most delightful restaurants.

Parking is available at the property driveway. No Street parking you could be ticketed and/or towed.

Guest must be 21 years of age to book. No additional guests are allowed unless listed on the reservation and approved.

We are a gated community. DO NOT use GPS or internet directions as it will send you to the wrong gate.

Indian Palms Intervals is located within the Indian Palms Country Club. The Country Club address is different from the Resort address. If using GPS you may put in 48-630 Monroe St., Indio, CA 92201 to get to the main gate. As you enter the Country Club property, please inform the security officer that you are checking into Indian Palms Intervals. Give them your name and the dates you will be staying. If necessary ask for the map to the office.

- Don't make loud noise outside past 10 pm, be respectful of your neighbors.

- Please do not sublet the property in any way

- No moving furniture

- We ask that you do not bring additional/unauthorized guests to the house unless receiving prior approval (This includes having a party or hosting an event)

- Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the person who books.

- By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Owner and Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests, or licensees or their personal property.

While on the property, please observe these rules:

-Please operate and safeguard the premises including, landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.

-Please refrain from loud noises and anything else you think might disturb and annoy the neighbors. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. Courtesy hours are 24 hours per day.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. When you leave, do your best to leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived (minus normal usage of course). There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Garbage: Please leave the garbage near the trash bins in the garage. The trash is collected on Monday mornings, please leave all trash at the curb on Sunday evening.

Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented gas-fired fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials into the fireplace.
