You may never want to leave! This well maintained condo has amazing views and location. The owners are well traveled and have often stayed in condos in their travels. Due to this great thought has been put into furnishing the rental and providing for the optimal comfort and convenience of our guests! Our beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, Smart Tv with Sound Bar, Games and Cards, attached garage with ski/board racks and heated boot dryer.

You will love the location as much as we do. Easy access to highway 80 and 224. Endless retail, entertainment, nightlife and dining options are just a quick walk outside your door in Redstone Center. All made even better by the free bus stop just around the corner. All the definition of convenience! Enjoy a beverage on the deck as you take in the view or watch the jumpers on the ski jump across the street at Utah Olympic Park! Plus you are only 5-10 minutes away from 3 excellent ski slopes (Canyons, Park City & Deer Valley) and historic downtown Park City. Endless non-winter activities surround the area as well. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, horseback riding, golf and spas are just a few of the activities readily available. Should you chose to spend the day exploring the sights in Salt Lake City it is an easy 30 minute drive away, including the SLC Airport.

The three bedrooms are set up with comfortable beds and bedding. Configuration is King, Queen and 2 Twin beds with a pull out trundle. In addition, the living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. If you need to sleep 10 people an optional blow up Twin air mattress is also available. Extra bedding, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for your comfort. Master bath has a separate toilet area, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks and large walk in closet. Hall bathroom is well appointed with a tub/shower combination.

Grab a comfy soft lap blanket and enjoy a night in front of the fireplace while watching a movie on the flat screen tv with surround sound. Although you may want to enjoy the views from the windows at the same time!

The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you might need to enjoy meals at home. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space are available, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quality coffee maker, popcorn maker, rice cooker, blender and ice dispenser. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen table and counter to enjoy group meals or a quick snack. Reusable grocery bags are also provided for your use.

While you can definitely get around easily without a car should you have vehicles you will enjoy the attached one car garage with indoor access to the condo. Also available are 2 parking passes for street parking.

To add to the conveniences of home, WIFI is provided and a full sized washer & dryer are available for your use.

Well-stocked condo with great location!

Our family of 5 spent Christmas week in this great condo. The beds were all comfy, the bathrooms were nice and had fabulous water pressure. We have never stayed at a condo with such a well-stocked kitchen, it had everything we needed! Redstone is a terrific development—lots of good restaurants to walk to and Smiths is an excellent grocery store. It’s an easy 10-15 min drive to Park City and Main Street. We always stay in this are because we also like to ski at Alta. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would 100% book this condo again.

Amazing condo!

Such a great place to stay! Condo was well supplied, cozy, and spacious. So close to everything, we were able to walk to most of the things we needed during our stay. Great views from every window, too. Highly recommend!

Great Kimball Junction condo and location

Comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Roomy one car garage with wall hangers for skis and snowboards. Plenty of hot water for showers after a day on the slopes. Easy drive to Canyons parking. Easy walk to restaurants.

The property was fantastic. It was well equipped for skiing. Having ski racks and boot dryers in the garage was a nice amenity. It was an easy drive to ski resorts. Great location. Ski rental, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurant choices within walking distances. State run liquor store short drive within the shopping center next door. Easy drive to Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. Condo had everything we needed including great WiFi and a good TV. 30 minutes from the airport.

The location is great—10 minutes or less to Canyon and 15 minutes to Park City. Our family of five was very comfortable here. The condo is very clean, updated, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough comfy seats for all of us. The owner was very responsive to all of my inquiries. We will definitely return!!!

Perfect stay and great location close to Park City

Sue’s condo was perfect for our 3 day escape to Park City. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and mountain views from the living room. The garage parking was an added bonus, especially with the overnight snow fall. The proximity to grocery and multiple take out dining options was convenient. A quick 20 minute drive to Park City Resort and 10 minutes to Park City Canyon Village was perfect for us. Thank you Sue for a great stay!

Amazing Place!!

Me, my wife and our 4 year old son and another couple with their five year old son rented this place for a week. It was amazing. Great location to all ski resorts and great location to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is just around the corner. The place had great views of the mountains. It was also well stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. Our hosts were great and communication was awesome. They were very hospitable. We definitely would recommend this place and would rent again!

Excellent organization of instructions for operation, newly refurnished and comfortable.

The listing description is accurate for layout and all amenities are as described with the addition of a new Weber gas grill. We were happy for the air conditioner and ceiling fan when the temperatures were 90 plus in July. The flat screen television is good and there is access to Netflix if you are a subscriber. The condo was immaculate at check in, the customer service flawless with no problem. Proximity to major roads to Salt Lake City and Heber Valley is great for golfers with many courses to choose from. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Redstone Village or short drive to Park City. This condo was the best of 3 previous stays in Redstone. Recommended for all.

Very nice property. Clean, well equipped, easy to find and close to everything - food, shops, etc.

Loved our stay. The condo was nicely equipped - kitchen had everything we needed. We stay in Park City often and sometimes the rentals don't have a coffee maker or wine opener. This one did. Very clean. It was quiet - we heard no neighbors. Bathrooms were very clean and well appointed. We chose this because it had lots of seating and all were in good condition and not worn out like many. Only detractors were (1) no DVD player. We had planned to rent a movie, but there was no player. We found a remote, but no player. We used Netflix instead. (2) The stairs out of the garage were steep. We didn't have much food, but carrying up luggage, we had to be careful. (3) The condo faced Highway 189, which is a main road into Park City - it is busy day and night. However, we didn't really hear road noise inside, but there was plenty of traffic. Overall, I would definitely stay again. It's hard to find rentals that are so well taken care of. Thank you.

Just right!

My 3 friends and I just spent a week in Sue's condo. It was just right - fully equipped with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Every detail was thought through ahead from sanitizing products to kitchen tools to bedroom accessories (even sound machines for those who like to sleep with those). We skied during the day and then hung out in the condo in the evening - making dinner and relaxing. The condo was very comfortable. We skied Park City, Deer Valley and Alta. The location near the highway is convenient, making it easy to get places (advice: if its a powder day - ESP when its a weekend - get on the road early. All of the powder hounds get moving early!!) We took the bus once and it was an easy experience. There are a lot of opportunities at Redstone to shop, eat, see movies and just to mill about. We didn't take advantage of many of them as we were very focused on skiing and then hanging out in the condo. However if you take a day off or have non-skiers, there is plenty to do. Plus the proximity to a large Walmart and the outlets offer even more things to do. It was such an enjoyable week.

Why they chose this property

We often visited Park City with our family in the winter and took advantage of the world class skiing/boarding. What really sold us on the area was the holiday my husband and I took the summer of 2015. After hiking, fly fishing, horse back riding, enjoying the spa, golf, biking, outdoor concerts and exploring the dining and entertainment options we were convinced that there truly is no bad season to visit Park City!

After looking at many areas to purchase we selected the Kimball Junction/Redstone Center area due to all the amenities within walking distance while just being 5-10 minutes from the ski slopes and Historic Park City! The free bus stop around the corner and Tanger Outlets down the street are an added bonus!

What makes this property unique

We also love the unobstructed views from all our condo windows and deck. Walking trails just outside our door are equally amazing!
