If you are looking for a property very well located in a very nice place, with the sea is 200 meters from the house ... Everything thought with great affection for you to feel good with privacy and comfort!
House in great location, street flat, quiet and paved. Family and Safe Environment. This house has three airy rooms with air conditioning. A cozy room with a sofa bed and 40 inch LED TV, Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen, well decorated and equipped with appliances and kitchen accessories allowing the preparation and service of your meals (stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and utensils in general.)
In the outdoor barbecue area with a wonderful lawn, hammocks on the porch, outdoor shower and parking for two cars with high wall and electric fence. A great option regarding cost and benefit. A place to rest and enjoy happy moments with your family and friends.
Located in the district of Perequê, current Shopping Center, within a radius of 1.5km various services: supermarket, bank branches, restaurants and kiosks, ice cream shops, bike path, pharmacy, shopping, etc .... Located at a distance of 2 km from the ferry exit and 4.5 km from Vila-Centro Histórico, it is possible to take this route by walking along the waterfront or using the bike path. The sea is 200 meters from the house
