This beautiful home offers three cozy bedrooms, one bathroom featuring a retro clawfoot tub, and fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Rates are based on 4 adults and 2 children. If you plan on bringing 2 extra adults instead of children, please let us know. It is an extra $20 per person per night.

Must be 21 or older to book. No third-party bookings. No smoking or vaping inside ($250 charge). Checkout is at 11 am. Property sleeps 4 adults (and 2 kids).

We welcome your pets! If guests are bringing pets, please notify us. We allow smaller dogs, 20 pounds or under, $65 PER pet fee, up to two pets. Pet refuse must be picked up and disposed prior to vacating the premises. If not, there will be a $50 fee for pet refuse clean-up. Please control your pets and do not allow them on furniture. Do not allow them to destroy our property.

No parties allowed in the home. If a guest decides to throw a party, they will be removed from the home and no refund will be issued. For stays 28 days or longer, mid-stay cleanings are mandatory for an additional fee. Thanks for understanding and respecting our home and treating it like yours.
