An amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property!!! The house is awesome - spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The bedrooms were large and well decorated - each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family of five. The master bath is insane, and it was nice of have an extra powder room, too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. Another star of the show was the outdoor space! In addition to an awesome pool, the outside had plenty of lounge chairs, a comfy sofa set, a big umbrella, and a bar area with seating. We spent so much time hanging outside because it was so relaxing! The hosts thought of everything — from brand new bikes to luxurious beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, and beach bags. They even left flowers for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The hosts were incredibly responsive, informative and cool, helping us pull of this very "last minute" trip. We HIGHLY recommend this property and can't wait to return! Thanks, Frank and Marchant for being so amazing!!!

When Frank and I met, we had no idea that we would eventually take a family trip to the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands and fall in love with all that Providenciales has to offer. Not only did we love the area, but the people were kind and accommodating. We decided that we wanted to create a second home here that we could not only enjoy with our family, but also share with others. We wanted to create a luxurious environment that could still be within reach for many famiies to enjoy. We are thrilled to welcome guests from around the world to enjoy the Beautiful by Nature Turks and Caicos Islands.

Frank is originally from Germany and I am American. We currently reside in Simpsonville, South Carolina where we have 2 beautiful children. Frank is a Tooling Consultant and I am a nurse. We enjoy traveling, hiking and Sunday afternoon desert and coffee. Our true passion has been bringing this dream to life together for you to enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Leeward area not only for it's beauty and location but for its safety as well. We are within walking distance to both Leeward (Pelican) Beach and Sunset Beach. Both are part of the Grace Bay stretch but a less crowded and more private. Often times, you may be the only people on Leeward Beach.

Leeward is a great area to walk, jog and ride bikes along the canals and down towards the beautiful Blue Haven Marina and Resort. Here you will find restaurants within the neighborhood and an array of boats and activity. You can also easily ride your bikes to Grace Bay where you can access all restaurants and shopping.

In the evening, security guards man both entry gates to Leeward and stay throughout the night. This provides that extra layer of safety to all guests and owners.

What makes this property unique

Our home has that island feel with the modern luxuries that many guests are looking for. We have central AC throughout the home which can be hard to find in a villa. Our extensive patio has a tiki bar that is great for entertaining out by the pool. We can connect you with event planners and caterers to help you plan your family birthday, wedding anniversary or just to help add to your vacation.
