KITCHEN: The main kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipted for everything needed to make meals for large groups. Kitchen includes: Stove/ oven, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker & Keurig, toaster, blender, wine opener, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.

DINING AREA: The dining room has a large 8-9 seater coastal table + a kitchen bar that sits 2.

LIVING ROOM: Features (2) New recliner sofas, coastal coffee table, and a large TV.

BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: King Bed, night stand, dresser and a private bath with a walk-in shower + a separate soaking tub.

HALF BATH: A half bath is also on the first floor for added convenience.
