We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid license.

Please note that the person making the reservation must be 23 years old or older.

Enjoy an incredible ride through the bay on boats or jet skis, which are available for rent. Additionally, it is just steps away from the El Novillo shopping center and only a 29-minute drive from Miami International Airport. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
You can always use transportation platforms, such as Uber and Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

We do not provide washcloths.

The Resort also charges a security deposit for $250 (credit card only). This fee also has to be paid at the Front Desk during the check-in.
