Two-story townhome provides seamless accommodation for up to 11 guests that can comfortably fit throughout its suites and rooms.
 Getting into the property, guests can find an elegant open plan where a state-of-the-art kitchen with island merges into a contemporarily decorated living and dining area. Living room opens up to the private lanai with sitting area and the private pool in a screened patio.

Master bedroom located at the first floor that features a KingSize bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass enclosure shower box, and walk-in closet.

Going up guests can find a great loft with sitting area and TV. Here you will find the second and third King-Size bedrooms en-suite bathroom, plus one Frozen movie theme bedroom with two twin beds and one Star Wars movie theme bedroom with Twin size /Full size bunk bed. There is a fourth bathroom with tub in the hallway near the laundry room.

All rooms and common spaces count with fans (except from kids bedrooms) and Wall-mounted TV’s.

Guests can access the Clubhouse with no additional charges. Flowrider is the only attraction managed independently and had a cost.

There is parking in the complex and in front of the house. However, since is not assigned, on some occasions other guests may occupy these spaces. Nevertheless, you will always find a place near the house.
