Please note: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door. Initial security checkpoint requires parking pass that will be provided by host.


RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please read the following rules and book at your own discretion. By booking you acknowledge the following rules and penalties and accept liability over personal injury.

1.NO SMOKING is allowed inside this house.

2. PETS only allowed with a $100 fee and must not be left unattended unless crated.
Two (2) dogs max totaling weight not to exceed 100 lbs.

3. 21 AND OLDER. Renter must be 21 and older and minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

4. NO PARTIES. No gatherings or loud music during quiet hours between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. 5. CHECK-IN time is after 3 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m. Early check-in is subject to availability.

6. MAX OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests is limited to three people. No additional overnight guests will be allowed and guest will be subject to an additional persons fee if the amount is exceeded.

7. DAMAGES. Should damage be done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear the renter will be subject to fees that may be charged to your stay upon inspection. Fees may be dependent on the value of replacement or additional cleaning fees.

8. PARKING - Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only and are subject to applicable parking rules, fines, and towing fees. The vehicle is the sole responsibility and liability of the vehicle owners.

9. CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations must be made within the given timeframe. No refunds will be given due to storms and road conditions.

10. SECURITY CAMERA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Renter acknowledges that security cameras are used at our property and are to ensure the security of the premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property. All security cameras are strategically positioned so as to not interfere with our guests or their privacy. Security cameras are also positioned throughout the community but are managed by the homeowners association and are not accessed by the hosts or owners.

11. LIABILITY WAIVER. You are electing to be a guest at your own risk, thereby indicating that you and all members of your party or guests agree to release and hold harmless owners and hosts of the property from any financial or personal injury liability. Should an incident that relates to the safety of guests occur, you have been informed of local security options available on the property by the host.

12. MONTHLY GUESTS. Monthly guests may incur additional fees if utilities bills exceed typically costs.
