♦House Rules♦

1. No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. The house can hold up to 3 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). Street parking is available in the neighborhood but check the signs for street sweeping days and times as parking on the street is prohibited during those times. * Please respect neighbors.
4. No parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Stay Wandery for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 16 guests during both the day and night.
11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, and city fines/violations
12. Please be aware that there are cameras over trash cans, over pool equipment and over driveway.

♥ By the house rules, any non-approved guests exceeding the maximum limit of 16 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person per night when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests. ♥
