The neighborhood is walkable and quiet, no parties in the neighborhood! It is surrounded by water and walkable for a nice dip or a beach day at the bay.
What makes this property unique
Modern but livable the space is about comfort and lots of windows to look out on the garden, the pool or the western sunset view. Close to the town of sag harbor, it is just away enough to maintain the quiet.
