We are super excited!!! This is the second home we rehab! Like what you see? This exclusive Breckenridge log cabin offers a loft, incredible views, beautiful floors throughout, updated bathrooms, granite counter tops, new modern appliances, a balcony in the master bedroom overlooking the Continental Divide, and everything else you can wish for in a modern log cabin. Professionally decorated, the cabin will also offer new furniture throughout. Our cabin home sits on two wooded acres, at an altitude of 11,400 above see level within an HOA. The property actually has a running stream during the summer you can hear from your bedroom! It sleeps a total of 8 people comfortably, with more than enough room for your friends and family to share memories that will last a lifetime. The vacation of your lifetime starts right here! Only 8.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy skiing, shopping, dining and many other local attractions. Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is one of the highest neighborhoods in the United States. The house sits at 11400 feet up. The Rockies is considered a high altitude climate and those of you coming from see level may experience some form of altitude sickness the first few days.

What makes this property unique

Our home is sitting on top of the world! It borders National Park Service Land that only those staying in our development are allowed to access. In the summer, you can easily walk from the house down the street and stand on Continental Divide within minutes. The views are incredible!!!
