Cozy bedroom within a beach house in lovely Oxnard
Oxnard is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom stay in a 3-bedroom house. This cool property offers everything you need for a perfect stay. It is very spacious, has its own deck, and a dedicated bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. In the room there is a mini-fridge, coffee pot, air fryer, eating utensils, clothing iron and board, and a hair dryer for your convenience. With WiFi, a washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor, you'll have all the essentials at your fingertips.
The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor to the left at the top of the stairs.
There are 5 parking spaces directly across the street from the house where you can park.
Important - I live on-site in a bedroom across the hall. I am a private person and respect other people's privacy as well. Unless you want to say hi and chat, you're welcome to do so, if not that's perfectly fine.
A non-allergenic cat lives in the house but you will not see him as he will be with me in my room.
The cozy bedroom provides a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Immerse yourself in the vibrant city and create lasting memories.

This neighborhood is 4-minute walking distance from the beach and the harbor. During Covid, I loved walking to the harbor and exploring all the boats at the Channel Islands
Nestled between Santa Barbara and Malibu, this neighborhood offers easy access to the wide, sandy Mandalay Beach Park. The beach is in walkable proximity, perfect for leisurely walks and outdoor activities. From surfing, sunbathing, or simply observing the undulating waves, there is something for everyone who revels in the sea breeze and ocean views. For the more adventurous, one can walk five miles north towards Ventura or three miles south to Hollywood Beach.
The Channel Islands Harbor, facilitates an array of recreational possibilities. The marina serves as a hotspot for boating and other water sports, adding to the dynamic lifestyle in this neighborhood while providing access to local marinas, golf courses, and shopping centers.
