We are not on site but available by phone or text. We have concierge services available upon request.
We're in a very quiet neighborhood, which is an 8-min walk to Bentonville Square, 5-min bike ride to Crystal Bridges Museum, 3-min walk to AirShip coffee, or 1-min ride to the best mountain biking trails in the US.
Guests have access to the main house and adjoining patio. The driveway is shared with our neighbors and other Airbnb guests (above the garage). Guests can use the bike wash station to the right of the garage and store bikes in our garage.
We have three floors.
The main floor is for entertaining with oepn plan chef's kitchen, dining for 8-10, large living room with fireplace, private office, and powder room. We do not have blinds on the main floor except for the one directly facing our neighbor. There is also an enclosed front yard if you have pets and pet trash near the door along the side of the house.
The second floor has a primary bedroom with adjoining and luxurious primary bath tub and walk-in shower and double vanity. The two guest rooms have queen beds with adjoining full bathroom (toilet and shower are in one room, double vanity in the other.
The third floor has a media room with an 88" TV (the only one in the house), music/meditation room and another full bathroon. That bathroom is a great option for the third bedroom on the second floor so they have their own bathroom but it is up a flight of stairs.
Note: We only have the one 88" TV , which s on the third floor. We have no plans of buying more TVs. We also do not have blinds on the main floor with the exception of the one facing our neighbor. It's a design choice, but we like to be connected to our community and have chosen too keep it open.
We have a shared driveway with out neighbors and the guests who rent The Loft apartment above our garage. Please be respectful of sharing the driveway. You may park in the spot in front of the house and parallel to the patio. Do not park on the grass. If you have a third car you will have to park it behind your car on the driveway as long as it does not onbstruct others or park it down the street if you can find parking at the church or Airship coffee.
We recommend having a car but you can easily walk to town and bike pretty much everywhere. It's an 8 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to Airship coffee. 1 minute ride to the trails.
The main house has two parking spots. One right in front and one in the back near the patio (park facing the fence please). The other spot on the driveway is reserved for our studio property, The Loft. If you have a large party, you can book The Loft as well. It sleeps two (Queen size bed) .
Hara Design is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our homes are also protected. Therefore, guests without prior reviews will be required to complete an additional identity verification process. In that case, you'll be contacted by our identity verification partner, Know Your Guest {Superhog} to complete some additional information.
We also have a non optional Accident Insurance Fee of $100 to cover any mishaps up to $500,000. So, you're covered for most accidental damages.
