Why they chose this property
This house has the most spectacular view of the city lights in the whole area! It has a large patio where guests can relax, watching the sparkling lights and beautiful sunset. The property is surrounded by chaparral- and oak-covered natural hills with hiking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, 15 minutes from Beverly Hills, UCLA, and the Getty Center. It is central to freeways leading to all of Los Angeles.
What makes this property unique
The outstanding view of the city lights is what makes this property stand out. In addition, the home has been remodeled with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room has an 85" smart TV and the principle bedroom has a 75" smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and all the cooking equipment necessary for a gourmet meal!
