Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Great spot by the beach!

Place was perfect for our group. Nice big balcony with a good view of the water. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Well furnished. The only thing I wish they’d had were some basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt & pepper, etc. But overall is was a very pleasant stay.
