Welcome to Gwendolyn’s Manor, a beautiful home that resides in a scenic waterfront golf-cart community in Pass Christian, MS that is close to a variety of attractions, activities and restaurants. A golf-cart is available for rent and is a preferred mode of transportation by the local residents. It is also an excellent way to explore this beautiful community. When you arrive at Gwendolyn’s Manor the driveway will accommodate 3 cars and a small boat. A short gravel pathway on either side of the steps leads you up less than 20 steps to the elevated enclosed porch, which is perfect for watching the view in rocking chairs and having a cold drink. When you enter Gwendolyn’s Manor you will be greeted by a spacious and luxurious living room appointed with high quality furniture throughout. A plethora of natural light is provided by several windows that provide a view of the bay and the surrounding neighborhood. The couch and loveseat recline electronically for maximum comfort while enjoying a movie or your favorite shows on the smart TV and Wi-Fi included. The fully equipped washer and dryer room and a half bathroom are located next to the living room. All TVs are setup in "Guest Mode" for secure personalized streaming options limited to your dates of stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The dining room table, seating at the large kitchen island, a kids table, and highchair are available to accommodate vacationers of all ages. Next to the kids table, a game treasure chest offers a variety of board games and playing cards the entire family can enjoy. A door behind the dining room table offers access to the deck that is equipped with patio furniture that seats 6. The back yard can be accessed by a staircase on the deck and is a wonderful place to socialize with family and friends. An ideal number of trees offer a canopy of shade while providing open space for outdoor activities. Children have plenty of room to play during the day while adults can relax and enjoy the ambiance of the fire pit at night.

On the second-floor guests will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, high-end dresser full vanity with seating, two separate walk-in closets, a bathroom that includes duel sinks, a tub with jets, separate shower, and a separate commode room. A door leading to a small balcony offers opportunities to take in the scenic water view with your significant other. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, beautiful furniture, and lots of natural light. The third bedroom sleeps two with two twin sized beds and features a door leading to the small balcony that connects to the master bedroom. All bedrooms feature a mounted Smart TV. A small workstation is provided on the second floor to accommodate those interested in completing some work while on vacation. A full bathroom is centrally located on the second floor. Access to the loft is achieved by climbing a beautiful circular iron staircase. This loft sleeps two via a day bed with a trundle bed underneath and is a highly popular play area for children. It also features a mounted TV and an outstanding view of the Bay of St. Louis.
