Sunshine Vacation Rentals of Fort Lauderdale are happy to present our newest Vacation Rental. This is a Luxury 5-bedrooms 4-bathrooms contemporary style waterfront home with a private heated pool and boat dock. The beautiful open layout is suited suited for a large groups or families. It has a stunning outdoor entertainment area with water views, private heated pool and a huge 700 sqft covered patio that offers plenty of seatings for dining and relaxing. On the first floor you will find the open layout kitchen, dining area, living area, garage, Laundryroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor have multiple slidingdoors to access the backyard. The second floor offers 3 additional private bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
This enjoyable and peaceful retreat provides the perfect setting for a phenomenal vacation. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
