A full bath and laundry room are also located on the 1st floor. The second floor offers a vaulted ceiling in the living and dining area as well as a recently updated bright kitchen with granite countertops Stainless Steel appliances and plenty of seating . There are plenty of windows for natural sunlight and bay views as well as expansive deck space and views of the large pool. The main master suite is also located on the 2nd floor has a a king bed, fireplace, and updated ensuite bath with tub and private deck access overlooking the pool. The third floor loft area is the perfect place to work in the home office set-up, or retreat to the private deck and view outstanding sunsets over the bay! A Roll Away cot is located in the closet.NOTE: the jets in the “hot tub” send the hot water into the tub and that heats the tub to 101 and then spills over into the pool . There is NO Blower in the hot tub area.
