Right by downtown Rawlins built in the early 1900's, but has been updated with modern comforts while still keeping with its original charm. There are some things like classic wood trim and Picture rails that make this house a charming comfortable place to stay. Easy parking on a wide street. Easy to find and very accessible to all the best Rawlins has to offer.

Excellent Place

I stayed for over a month while completing a home purchase. Duplex is clean and convenient and owner is very responsive.

I was born and raised here in Rollins. I’ve left and come back three times the third time stuck. I currently work as a captain at the Rollins fire department, and I’m using this to subsidize the income for my family

We live close by and are able to help if something goes wrong. It is close to down town and easy to get what you need and easy to get to. We do own the other units on the property so please let us know if there’s anything we can do.

This is a great house with good furniture wonderful space and lots of pictures of Wyoming wildlife :-)
