Overlooking the rocky New England coastline, this retreat on Conanicut Island provides scenic views across the water to Newport. From this ideal location, you can easily access the top attractions in both Newport and Jamestown.

The Space:
Here are Newport Overlook, we want you to feel at home in your your 2bedroom/2.5 bath condo that is 1500-1600 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a bathroom. Downstairs the in the very open living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, and a patio where you can enjoy the beauty of nature with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!  With a full kitchen and a dinning room, you have the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!
