Pure Contentment! Waterfront 3-br house w/ WiFi, private dock, foosball, SUP

About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! You can drive down or walk to the private dock with deep water. Great for fishing, swimming, boating, and sunbathing! Dogs are welcome! Enjoy the upper porch with a hammock and plenty of seating. Spend some time outdoors around the firepit or playing cornhole and Can Jam. Enjoy an assortment of games for the family and foosball. The remodeled and fully stocked kitchen is on the lower level with a pantry.
The space
Master bedroom-Queen bed along with the pack n play that has the bassinet attachment as well as a changing table in the closet. (please bring sheets for pack n play & changing table if you plan to use them). 32inch Smart TV on top of drawers. Exterior door goes to the balcony porch. 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, alarm clock.

Double/full bedroom- bed with built in drawers and shelves above bed, lamp, and alarm clock. 19inch TV with firestick.

Twin bunk bedroom- nightstand w/lamp, chest of drawers, small TV with DVD player.

Sofa bed(Double/full) is located in the upstairs living room. Extra pillows, sheets and comforter is located in hall closet.

55inch smart TVs located in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms.

Guest access
The dock is accessible by car or you can bring your own golf cart, there is parking down at the water on the side of the gravel driveway. Golf cart rentals are available-https://www.smlgolfcarts.com/rentals/ with delivery options. This is great to be able to pack up the cooler and all of the water toys to take to the dock instead of hauling them all up and down the hill! Also great for elderly or people with limited mobility to be able to get to the dock by car to enjoy time with the rest of the group.

All of the house is available for guest use. Garage, dock house and boat lift are not available for guest use. Guests may park boats and jet skis on either side of the floater docks.

Parking: Upper paved lot can accomodate 4+ vehicles and has a concrete sidewalk to the front door. The lower gravel driveway leads into the lower level of the house and can fit 4+ cars or trailer parking.

Other things to note
There are several marinas close by that have boat and jet ski rentals. Great close restaurants, shopping and the busy hub of the lake is just across the bridge! Halesford Bridge offers mini golf, several restaurants, bands and live music. Don't forget to visit and feed the carp fish! Foodlion, pizza, ice cream, coffee shop ABC store are within 10 minutes.

The water is deep at the end of the dock and a great cove for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. Watching the sunsets from the dock is one of our favorite things to do here!

We know traveling with a little one is difficult, we have tried to include some of the "must have" items such as bouncers, stroller, changing table, pack n play with bassinet, Angelcare baby bath, baby gates and a high chair. If you are planning to use the pack n play and changing table, please bring sheets for those items. Please clean these items once you are done with them as they are not normally seen by most cleaners once they are put back in the closets.

Linens, pillows and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring beach towels for the lake. A starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. ( 1 roll in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen.) Hand soaps are provided, all other essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided. other items to bring: trashbags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels.

Dogs are welcome in this home! We just ask that they not be on the furniture and beds or be left alone without being secured. We have provided 2 medium/large crates and metal dog bowls. Please dry off dogs with your own towels before coming into the house. Dogs must have flea/tick treatment before arrival to avoid infestation in the house.

The neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. It is a great neighborhood to walk with the whole family.

Grab some smores and gather around the firepit! Firewood can be purchased usually at Foodlion or convenient stores in Moneta. or feel free to bring your own. The propane gas grill is available to use. (must clean after use, $20 cleaning fee applies if not cleaned) We try to keep an eye on the propane level but if the gas runs out, please exchange the tank and send us a picture of the receipt and we will be happy to reimburse you.

The wifi is through xfinity. 3 Tvs are smart TVs, and 1 has a firestick. Streaming services will need to be logged into with renters login.

All trash must be removed after departure. There is a 20gal outdoor trash can available.

Exterior cameras monitor entrances, driveway, and fire pit area. they are strictly used for emergencies and are not monitored.
