SHARED BACKYARD
- For your convenience, there is a back door downstairs near the bathroom to access the backyard.

- GAS FIRE PIT WITH SEATING FOR 4
- GAS BBQ GRILL
- PICNIC TABLE
- "DUSK TO DAWN"

LAUNDRY ROOM
- Laundry room is available upon request.

Why they chose this property
Daytona Beach Shores is the up-and-coming area of Volusia County. It is a beautiful city, with a wonderful female Mayor, that has tons of small businesses springing up within it. Not to mention the miles of gorgeous beach here...
What makes this property unique
Originally, I bought the property to flip. We just completed a full renovation done to the interior and exterior of the property, turning this charming 1940s construction into a spotless, modern retreat. I decided to list it as a short-term rental and guests love staying at the property so much that it has inspired me to continue renting it out!
