Condo not ready for renters
The condo was in a rundown part of Koreatown and the address was different than was listed. The condo was not clean and several things were broken or in disarray. Specifically, the downstairs shower had a hole in the shower wall and dirt and mold was in the shower track. The primary light in the bathroom was out. In the upstairs bathroom, the bathroom door handle was broken, the shower handle was broken and the shower was not attached to the bottom track. The floor and baseboards throughout the condo were filthy. The kitchen cabinets were not clean inside and there was food particles and dust inside. The utensils and plates were not a proper set. It was a mixed bag of cheap items. There was no toaster or cutting board, and no lamps in the condo at all, especially on the bedside tables. There was no table or chairs to sit down to have a meal at. No curtains on the high windows so you could not change clothes in the loft without exposing yourself to the apartments in the distance. The pots and pans were old and dirty as was the washing machine. The dishwasher and refrigerator had major dents in them. There were no USB plugs or extra batteries for the TV remote and the Honeywell thermostat.
The knife set was nice and the A/C worked well.
