Renovated townhome between Holiday Valley (1/2 mile) & Ellicottville (< 1 mile).

Well appointed kitchen w/ stainless appliances. Large island doubles as dining table. Roku TV's throughout. Primary bedroom with a King bed & 2 bunk rooms (twin/queen & twin/twin).

Walk:
20 min to town (.9 mile)
12 min to HV pools (.5 mile)
9 min to Sunrise Lift (.4 mile)

Shuttle to HV during ski season can be called for by guests.

A/C, WiFi, EV charging (L1), washer, dryer, patio w/ grill, parking included.

The townhome is located at Wildflower which is between Ellicottville and Holiday Valley resort.

The townhome has 2 stories. The first floor is the main living space with a large kitchen, living room and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a King bed, a bunk room with a twin/queen bunk and a full bathroom. In the bunk room there is a dedicated workspace and up a ladder there is a loft bedroom with a twin/twin bunk. The loft bedroom has a door that can close.

There are patios on each floor. The 1st floor has a patio off the living room with 2 chairs and an electric grill. Upstairs, there is a similar patio off the primary bedroom.

Perfect location

I’ve rented in Eville many times, this condo was perfect. Easy location to Holiday Valley and the village. This condo was completely redone and up to date, very comfortable. It was clean and the property managers were very easy to work with.

The condo essentially had everything that we could think of. As highlighted above, the communication with the owner was great and entire place felt like home. Every detail that you could imagine for a family ski weekend had been thought of, and it made the entire trip more enjoyable.

Great spot!

Close to Holimont, Holiday Valley and downtown. The property was really clean, fully updated and had all the amenities you wuld need or want. They even had coffee and creamers which was a nice treat. We'll be back!
