Located in downtown St. John's this remarkable 3-bedroom townhouse features stunning aesthetics and thoughtfully curated furnishings from a renowned local interior design company. This house has been well cared for and has had many recent updates giving it a new home feel throughout. There is sleeping space for 8 people with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, a pull down queen sized bed in the office and a queen sized pull out in the rec room.

Located towards the west side of downtown St. John's the house is walking distance to many popular destinations.

A lot of popular shops, restaurants and pubs can be found on Duckworth Street, Water Street and George Street. The walking distances to these streets from the house are:
15 minute walk to Duckworth Street
8 minute walk to Water Street
10 minute walk to George Street

MAIN FLOOR:
As you step inside the home through the upstairs entrance, you'll be welcomed by soaring ceilings and contemporary minimalistic décor that permeate the expansive open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. This generously sized space accommodates everyone comfortably, with a dining room table seating eight and an additional five bar stools for extra seating. Indulge in culinary creations in the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, which conveniently grants access to the backyard. The backyard offers a cozy deck with a BBQ and seating for two, as well as an oversized, fully fenced yard with more seating for guests to relish during warm days and nights. On this floor, you'll also find a conveniently placed half bathroom and a mini split system that can both heat and cool the house (note that this is the only floor equipped with AC; fans are provided in other rooms).

TOP FLOOR:
As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover the inviting primary suite, boasting a cozy king-sized bed and a private ensuite. Adjacent to it, there is a second bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed. The top floor of the house also houses the main bathroom, which includes a tub-shower combination for your convenience.

FIRST FLOOR:
On the lower level, you'll discover an additional coded entrance that leads to a delightful office space, perfect for remote work or staying productive while away from home. The office is complete with a beautiful L-shaped desk, a comfortable chair and printer, providing an ideal setting for focused work. This versatile room also offers a convenient queen-sized pull-down Murphy bed, ensuring that it can easily transform into an extra sleeping area if needed. Adjacent to the office, a cozy rec room awaits, furnished with a spacious sectional and a smart TV, creating a comfortable space to unwind and relax after a long day of work, travelling or exploring. Furthermore, the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, can be found on this floor, offering convenience and practicality for your stay.
