This beautiful home is located in a sought after area in St. John's that is conveniently located close to downtown and the west end of St. John's. With sleeping space for up to four guests, you and your family can wake up each morning to the serene view of mature trees. The back yard is beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. There is a lovely office that is perfect for work trips and also the second bedrooms Murphy bed can stow away for use of exercise equipment.

The neighborhood of the house is beautiful with lots of mature trees and is lovely for walking around. It is minutes away from walking trails and is only a 5 minute drive to Bowring Park. Located in the neighborhood is a trendy Café-Deli that has local meats and a variety of cheeses to purchase, but is also a great place to go for coffee and sweets. They also offer a lunch and dinner menu plus take home meals.
