Our guests live in the upper floor of the house with ground level on the west side and an extensive deck with a panoramic view of Seneca lake on the east side. The unfinished lower floor is currently closed.
Guests are encouraged to hike around the 250 acre organic working farm surrounding the house, explore the perennial stream that runs directly into Seneca Lake - hence our choice to implement environmentally safe farming practices for the past 35 years - and go bird watching, deer and fox spotting, breathe the fresh air and perfumes gifted to us by a rich flora. Our spectacular historic barns are well worth a detour as well.
Guests can also access our small lakefront across the road for swimming, kayaking ( 4 kayaks), canoeing (1) or fishing in our row boat.
