Our tranquil retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Situated on a large corner lot, the house is walking distance to village shops, restaurants, brewery, cafes, golf courses, playground, theatre, and more. A short drive to local attractions such as Santa's Village, Flume Gorge and the Cog Railway. Day trips to Story Land or Whales Tale water park for adventurous fun. Enjoy the family friendly hiking trails nearby.
After a day of fun and adventure, relax on the beautiful front porch while the kids enjoy a fully stocked game room with board games, foosball, video game system, backgammon, chess and checkers.
For winter guests you will find snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice skating a short distance away. For downhill skiers, Cannon Mountain and Bretton woods are a short 17-minute drive. All season fun for everyone!

Bethlehem is a quaint little town bustling with activity. Here, you will find great restaurants, upbeat vibes, shopping, brewery, antiquing, golf, hiking trails, cafes, swimming, tennis courts, theatre, ice-cream shop, and beautiful parks. Bethlehem has something for everyone!
What makes this property unique
Our home is a 1930's original Sears and Roebuck craftsman home. It's elegant architecture and fine details are simply beautiful. We have combined old world charm with modern updates to make a beautiful home with all the comforts of daily living. Five bedrooms provide ample space for 9 guests. The kitchen has been updated with brand new appliances including a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. Two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the dining room create a relaxing atmosphere. A large double living room with plenty of seating makes it a perfect space to relax and gather with family and friends. Traveling with children? They will be thrilled to hang out in the fully equipped Gameroom complete with foosball table, chess, checkers and backgammon table along with a great selection of board games for the whole family. The front porch is stunning with exposed stone and beautiful archways. We have provided comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening libations.
