Another parking option is also available in front of the garage. There is also free & metered street parking, but it gets filled up fast usually as we’re walking distance to the beach, downtown Manhattan beach and pier.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll find the oversized master suite that features a cozy fireplace, a separate living area, and an en-suite bathroom. Next to that room, boasts another sumptuous queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added indulgence.

Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.

Planning an extended getaway? We've got you covered with our monthly cleaning service available for reservations exceeding 30 days. Our dedicated team ensures your comfort with a scheduled monthly cleaning fee of $200. For all stays exceeding 30 days, we require a refundable security deposit of $600. This deposit serves as a safeguard to cover any potential damages or excessive wear and tear during extended stays.
The deposit is fully refundable, provided the home is left in the same condition as upon check-in. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and quality for your stay and for future guests.

Booking this home implies agreement with the house rules. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind. Guests also agree to team entry with 12 hours' notice for necessary maintenance. We expect bookings to be made in good faith and discourage attempts to harm the host's business due to dissatisfaction.
