This space is perfect for couples or for a girls weekend getaway. The space is not intended for infants and small children due to the spiral staircase and the property has not been childproofed.

You will be in the mountains and many areas may not have cell phone service. The cottage has excellent wi-fi and once logged in, most cell phones have service via Wi-Fi Calling.

Rental Agreement and Rules
Check in:
- Check in time begins at 4PM local time and is open anytime after.
- The guest is responsible for navigating to the destination. Be sure to account for time of day, weather, and terrain.
- The guest is responsible for using the provided keypad code to open the front door to begin the stay.
- The guest will communicate any concerns, issues not limited to security, cleanliness upon arrival and during the stay.

Checkout:
- Checkout time is at 10AM local time.
- When checking out, there are the required steps:
1. Please load and run all dishes in the dishwasher with the soap provided.
2. Place dirty towels on the floor of the bathrooms.
3. Please remove and dispose of all perishable items in the refrigerator.
4. Trash is to be placed in the designated cans in the garage prior to check out. Do not leave trash outside!

Supplies:
- The cabin is stocked with many items including starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The guest is responsible for stocking supplies beyond the initial supply.

House Rules:
The guests of the booking must agree to all rules below.

- The Number of Guests must follow the maximum advertised which INCLUDES children-

- No Smoking. Any smoke damage will result in claims made on the deposit.

- Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars could be towed and fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. The manager and owner are not responsible for any damages from humans, bears or nature. Please do not park in the yard.

- Community Amenities are to be used at the guest’s risk, including but not limited to: swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, hiking trails, etc. please note that there is a key for entry to the community pools. It will be hanging on one of the hooks on the left wall after you come in the front door. It is to be returned before check out or there will be a fee for any missing key

- Hot Tub: Use at guest’s own risk and be aware of any health risks. No one under 18 years old is allowed without adult supervision. The housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to guest arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. Please keep cover on to maintain temperature when not in use.

- Fireplace: Guest must follow all the following and posted rules for use of a fireplace. For wood burning fireplaces, do not use liquid or gel starter. Use dry tinder and request help from the manager as needed. Please do not put anything except firewood into the fireplace. For gas fireplaces, do NOT turn off the pilot or the guest may be charged for relighting. Guest is also responsible for any smoke damage caused by an excessive or mismanaged fire. NOTE: This property has an electric fireplace.

-Pets: 2 small dogs up to 20 lbs each are allowed for an additional fee. Pets are to be crated when left alone in the cottage. Guest is to provide their own crate and supplies to include bowls, food, etc. All waste needs to be cleaned up prior to check out.
