Lavishly furnished, this beautiful 2,097 square foot open plan home with tasteful interior design boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has 2 full beds and 4rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. This impressive home sleeps a total of 10 guests. This layout has a spacious owner's suite and a covered lanai.

The comfortable living area has a Wide Screen TV, wireless internet access and cable services. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself ‘why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it’s comforts of home is available’?
All TV's have Roku TV ! Enjoy live TV with the Spectrum TV app or enjoy one of the many streaming services using your own account. Living room has a 65" TV !!!

Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped kitchen and dining area!

Nice condo close to convention center

I have stayed at vista cay multiple times and this time also did not disapppoint. Walking distance from supermarket and $8 Uber ride to convention center. Walkable if it weren’t so hot!

Beautiful condo

We loved this condo! We stayed here for a recent volleyball tournament. We had our 3 teens and my mom; there was plenty of room for everyone! The two options for swimming were both lovely. We will stay here again!

Nice Condo

The condo was a nice space. It smelled a little musty when we first arrived but nothing a few minutes with open windows didn't solve. If you're staying longer than a day consider bringing a few dish pods, coffee pods, and washing machine pods with you so you don't have to buy whole containers at the store.

Great location

This was a great location for our group. Walking distance to groceries and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the Orange County Convention Center. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults.

Spacious Comfy Condo

The location was perfect for the conference we attended. Appreciated the extra towels. Easy place to relax. The kitchen was equipped just fine for our short stay. Extra body wash and shampoo would be a nice added touch. Providing coffee would be an added convenience, overall we had a great stay and would likely recommend this property and stay again!

AC master control allows lowest temperature setting of 72 degrees

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. This unit was typical. However the owner has the thermostat set up where the guest cannot set the temperature below 72 degrees. We prefer to sleep with the air lower. This should be disclosed prior to booking, which is the reason for my review. If this matters to you, choose another unit.

It was what we needed.

I was there with 7 adults celebrating my moms retirement. It was clean and easy to check in. Some more towels (larger) would have been appreciated, but we thought it was a great place and would stay again.

Great home and resort!

Location and resort were perfect! We stayed for only two short days at the end of a long trip. The condo was a short distance from sea world and universal studios. The resort, pool and bar were perfect, and the condo was close to dining and a grocery store (Publix). The condo was very clean, the resort felt safe, and the amenities were everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Spot

We loved the location and the condo and surrounding property was beautiful. We enjoyed using the walking track around the lake, and the pool and hot tub almost every day. There was some noise above us a few times late at night and there should maybe have been clearer instructions posted in the condo as to quiet times and how to contact on-site security.

As listed, this property is great!

This is my second year in a row renting and I highly recommend it. I had 8 adults and one 7 year old and we love the spaciousness of the condo and the amenities; pool, gym, nearby Walgreens. I had a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, and it was only a few minutes down the street which was super convenient.

Best rental ever.

Our family hasn’t been together since 2019. My granddaughters had a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention center and this location was perfect. Close to everything, the pool and pool bar location was ideal, and the layout of the condo was fabulous. Everything was as expected based on previous reviews. The only note I would add is that the hair dryers need to be replaced. Otherwise it was perfect!

Gorgeous, spacious and clean

Kris was extremely accommodating!! If and when I come back for the PGA Show, I will rent here again in a heartbeat. There was 9 of us and there was plenty of room. Clean and had great amenities...gym, pool and hottub. Lots of space and had mostly everything you needed to cook and relax! Laundry facilities were huge since we got stranded a couple extra days. Weather wasn't great but we were super comfortable and pleased with our stay. Thank you so much!! Marissa C.

Great location, check in process was easy, beds were pretty comfortable. Should supply laundry soap.

All information was listed properly. Step by step process and quick email verification. Checkin email was also detailed with no issues. Only suggestions are; they should provide laundry soap (pods) for doing washes as well as more bars of body soap (1 total). They supplied dishwasher soap so this shouldn’t be an issue. Also only had one trash bag (one in the pail) for a 4 day stay yet require all trash be placed in bags and put in outside bin. Otherwise great stay and will be back.
