Owners of this property are Belinda and Pete. They live in PA. Purchased property in May 2024, completely remodeled the property in a month. Pete and Belinda were able to do most of the work in addition to family that assisted during this crunch time.
Belina and Pete hired property management company JL Beach Ventures. With the help of the amazing owners and expertise of Joe and Lisa Property management we were able to get this beautiful property listed only 1 month after purchasing.
Alot of love and detail was put into this property from the owners. They made it clear to property managers that the goal was to make the guests super happy.
