This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area, and a breakfast bar. A full-size washer and dryer. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with partial gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. A second bedroom with two twin size beds, and a flat screen TV. A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Lovely and spacious

We enjoyed our stay here! Some items like trash bags and some cleaning items (dishwasher soap and laundry pack) were missing when we arrived, but management was very responsive through text. The rest of the stay was delightful in this spacious unit overlooking the ocean. We will book it again! :)

Short but really nice stay

We booked this condo last minute so we could extend our vacation for 3 more days. It is a lovely, comfortable, clean place. The pool area is a bit small. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the views from our balcony. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Holiday Getaway

Location was great with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach. Checkin and Checkout were easy and pleasant. Condo was well stocked from kitchen to bathrooms. The only negative was the furniture was dated. We would recommend this condo.

Great Labor Day!

The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could need. The view was beautiful and the beach was not hard to access, as it had a ramp, so we were able to easily roll everything onto the beach. We plan to return to this condo, in the future.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was absolutely wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, toaster, coffee pot, and much more, and the view was amazing. The beach was not overly crowded, and the pool was exceptionally clean and inviting. I will definitely stay here again. I was extremely happy with Seacrest unit 505. Oh, the charging tower and huge television were a really nice touch.

We loved the Condo although it wasn't as clean as we thought it was, toilets and bathrooms needed a thorough cleaning that my wife took care of. Other than that we had a Great time and will definitely come back.

We were overall satisfied with our stay.

The location was great. The balcony was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We were disappointed that the pass through for the pool was boarded up, the online pool pictures are much nicer than the actual pool. Nice condo though. The check in and out process is out of the way and I've never had a rental with that type of process before.

Stop Looking - This is it!

No need to continue your condo search...just stop here. Read the reviews of Seacrest #505 and you will be making reservations today. We visited to the island for my daughter's dance competition in June 2016 and this condo was perfect! Excellent A/C, hot showers (although not needed with a sunburn), great view of the gulf and sound, close to the beach yet away from the busy tourists, and all the comfort creatures you want. Me and my family definitely will return and staff in Seacrest #505!

Horrible customer service

This got to be the worst stay I’ve ever had in this area. The lady who own it is a racist piece of trash. I stayed with my husband and our 2 kids, we left on a Sunday. Traveling from Mississippi we got 4 hours down the highway and my baby realized he had left his iPad so we called baby and the owner refused to help us. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms was dirty and smelly also. The owner can really retire with her rude attitude!!!!!

Excellent condo

You search online for a vacation condo and are at the mercy of previous reviews and pictures that you don't know if they're recent or not. If you've never been to the area, you hope it's located in the type of location that meets your needs and that the building is not run down. Well, all of our expectations and desires were met. Great building, pools, grilling area and boardwalk to the beach. Fort Walton Beach is my new favorite location. So much quieter than Panama City and Destin were we've stayed in the past. Now for the condo itself. First let me say, I'm a clean freak. This condo was extremely well kept by the owners. Fresh paint, upscale appliances and furnishings, and the cleaning staff were meticulous. I would only say the master bedroom carpeting could be cleaned or replaced. And, while I would have preferred a full on beach view, I wouldn't have traded the cleanliness and upkeep of this unit for a better view. From our balcony we had a perfect view of our umbrella and chairs on the beach and watched beautiful sunsets every night. Thank you all for wonderful stay and we plan a return trip next year!
