Where do I even begin? My husband and I decided to do a weekend getaway and we looked around at different places and came across this one and couldn’t have made a better choice. We will absolutely be back. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s much better in person. It’s got breathtaking views, waking up to the sunrise in the mountains along the water was amazing. There’s an outdoor fire pit on the water along with an outdoor fireplace near the hot tub. We decided to bring food to cook and they had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the peaceful setting. They have games to play, DVDs, and TV with Netflix. They own a couple other properties and we plan to check those out too. Don’t forget to sign the guestbook! We enjoyed reading where people have came from. We can’t wait to go back and hoping to soon! Absolutely the best cabin we’ve ever been to.
locating the property was a little but troublesome but everything else was incredible. Will definitely be returning when the weather is nicer. Tons of outdoor adventures await!
This little home was an absolute delight! There's not really any phone service, so I would highly recommend writing down your door code before you get there. Once inside, there's wifi that will allow you to connect with the outside world. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were some standard condiments in the fridge and cleaning supplies under the sink. The stove heats up quickly and even low is very hot so be careful when cooking. The beds were comfy, the whole house was spotless and well decorated. I slept in the little upstairs bedroom nook and found it easy to maneuver. There were toys and books for kids, which was a nice touch. My friends slept in the bedroom on the first floor and said it was cozy and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the fire place after a day of hiking in the snow. There's a creek that runs right by the house. The view of the mountains in the morning is gorgeous. There was a gas grill and a fire pit, but we didn't use those. I would definitely recommend this lovely little house and would absolutely stay here again!
Located on a beautiful piece of land overlooking the river and scenic Mt. Rainier National park. Cozy cabin, loved the hot tub, fire pit, and amenities provided. Great little getaway for my husband and I.Did not take us long to get to Paradise to spend the day hiking in the snow. Will be back!
Great cabin bonfire down by the creek hot tub and a nice indoor outfoor fireplace to keep warm we have used same cabins for years anf will always choose the same ones amazing thank you so much
My husband and I enjoyed the inside amenities and the hot tub as it rain the entire stay. Which was completely fine!! We lounged in the front room, watching 3 movies and enjoying local food from Cooper Creek and the bar/grill in Elbe. We ventured as far as we could until the road was closed and explored many side rodes venturing for waterfalls and snow. It was exactly as described, and exactly what we need. We could not figure out the heat situation, the overhead heat in the kitchen wouldn't produce air no matter what we pressed and service was non existent so talking the property manager was sort of difficult. However, the heat from the fireplace and heated the living room comfortably with a blanket snuggled up. Thanks for an amazing weekend. We enjoyed ourselves.
My wife and I were supremely impressed with how stocked this home was with essentials! You only need to bring your food and you’re ready to spend an amazing time at an amazing place!! The views were over the top and it is so close to the entrance to Mt. Rainier… If just you and your wife are staying here, it’s a must to spend a few nights in the loft! So cozy!!… we will definitely be back!
Our stay at the cabin was great! Seems brand new and clean. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace after a weekend of cold rainy hikes. The firepit is down near a river so you get this awesome view of the mountains with the sound of rushing water while you make s'mores. The only bummer was that, since a grill was mentioned in the listing, we brought a bunch of stuff to grill up burgers and hot dogs but when we went to cook them, the propane tank was empty and none of the gas stations or general stores in the area had any tanks/said it was illegal to refill at night. Luckily the kitchen was stocked with stuff so we just had to work around it. Super cozy, will definitely stay here again!
We had an incredible stay! The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to those landscapes each morning was a dream. The location was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy retreat with unbeatable scenery. We can’t wait to come back!
A very cute cabin. I wish we had time to enjoy the fire-pit but our time there was spent mostly hiking and then relaxing inside or in the hot tub since it was so rainy. Such a nice property by the creek. I’m only 5’ and thought the upstairs would be fine but the steps were a little hard for me. If you want guest to be able to move around the low-ceiling loft, I suggest adding a rug so its easier on the knees. Still worth the stay as I got used to the quirky space and was fine crawling into the cozy bed after a long day. Both beds and pillows were very comfortable. We slept well in the peaceful surrounding and would recommend this cabin to others.
This property was everything we could have asked for. Cute little house tucked in the woods with a river that flows closely to the fire pit. Would love to stay here again.
We stayed here for a few nights to explore Mt Rainier National Park. The cabin was perfect! Very clean and well equipped. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of hiking. Would stay here again 100%.
This was such a great stay for three girlfriends! We are in our 30-40s and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. Amazing views and loved the natural environment of the river. We went in the hot tub every night! Planning to come back!
Loft bed stairs are steep, not for the elderly.
We are so thankful we chose this rental. We enjoyed the mountain views and listening to the backyard river, while sitting on the deck. This cabin is well maintained and very clean. The space is perfect for a couple. It was so convenient exploring Mt. Ranier from this location, only minutes from the entrance. It is a beautiful place and will highly recommend for those wanting to truly enjoy spending time in the mountains. Very peaceful experience. Thank you!
