I'm impeccable when it comes to disinfecting the condo and keeping it clutter free for you to enjoy. I love adding special touches upon your arrival so hopefully you feel welcomed and spoiled!!
Why they chose this property
The condo is very clean and quiet. It's on the first floor above the parking garage. Which you will have access to during your stay. The community is gated and safe. The building has new security cameras.
What makes this property unique
This condo faces the Marina and part of Clear Lake on League City. If you rise early the sunrises are spectacular and not to mention the gorgeous sunsets (see photos). Enjoy a cup of coffee (provided) or a glass of wine (provided) on the patio rocking chairs and watch the boats, wildlife, fish jumping, turtles, egrets, and sometimes otters.
