Or, step out onto the patio and enjoy outside living “Bend style” while you and your friends cook out on the gas grill by the fire pit.  Play a game of horse shoes or “corn hole”, a famous Central Oregonian past time that will have you in stitches of laughter. Relax and unwind in the saly system hot tub after a day of adventure under a sky filled with stars!

There are 2 HUGE 50 inch HDTV tvs, another 31 inch HDTV in the master bedroom, a gas fireplace, gorgeous dark hardwood floors, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, and dining for eight.

The location of Sunnyside is fantastic -- in walking distance to 10 Barrel Brewing Company and plenty of other wonderful shops and restaurants. You are just steps off of the Bend ALE TRAIL! Riding to Downtown, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, or the Old Mill is an easy cruise on the bikes provided.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Close to everything(grocery, restaurants), spacious, well appointed, very clean. We went skiing for 2 days at Mr.Bachelor, shuttle stop is 5 mins away so super easy. Very relaxing stay, we would come back!

Nice home in great location
Not knowing our way around Bend very well we were pleasantly surprised with the great location of this property near many food options, a grocery store, and a 10 minute walk to the river. We had a great stay and plan to bookmark this house for when we return to Bend in the future.

House is a little mid-century mod, was great for our family gathering. Property manager was easy to contact and prompt. House could have been a little “tidier” upon arrival but overall enjoyed our stay.

This was a nicely stocked house and worked well for our two families with younger kids. Layout was great, kitchen had nearly everything we needed, and it has great access to the desirable River West amenities and activities. Very walkable, great parks nearby. One caveat: master bedroom does not have any blinds on upper windows, so prepare to be up early with the sun!

Such a great property. It worked well for our family of 3 kids and our dog. We loved the high ceilings and layout. It felt cozy, but spacious. It was quiet, clean, and easily feels like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and was close to a great grocery store, a park, restaurants. Lots of great family memories made...we will be back!

Great Property for Small Groups
This was a perfect property for a small group (5 or 6) to enjoy Bend. The large kitchen and long bar was great for meal prep and casual chats. The bedrooms and baths offer privacy and are separated nicely. Great central Bend location.

This is a great home in a great location. Here are the hits and misses (given the premium price): Hits - Nice layout, plenty of room for friends/families - Plenty of amenities including kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, towels, board games, etc. - Comfortable linens and beds - Hot tub is clean and comfortable Misses - Whole home smells like a dog, and may not be suitable if you're allergic. I am allergic and I felt symptoms in the living room and garage - Bikes in the garage could use some maintenance and are all small sized, so taller folks will struggle - The electronics in the home (TVs, bluetooth speaker) are very dated and difficult to use; upgrades would be an inexpensive fix Overall these issues were relatively minor, but for the significant price premium, they should be addressed by the owners. I would stay here again with these expectations in-mind, but first I would probably check out similarly-priced properties in the area.

Location is everything
This is a very comfortable house in a perfect location for all you want to do in Bend. Highlights of our stay were the hot tub, cozy fire, walks to great food and drinks, close to mountain bike trails and the cool dog park a few blocks away.

We chose this property because we love coming to Bend and walking to our favorite restaurants, shops and breweries! We also wanted to be close to bike and hiking trails with easy access to Mount Bachelor. The eclectic nature of this neighborhood, with green-built homes and a little garden center is the perfect fit for us. We hope you will appreciate the location as much as we do!

What is most unique about this home is that it is a beautiful, contemporary home located on the Westside among the older charming mill cottage homes. You can walk everywhere, and still enjoy all of the modern amenities.
