Great Stay!

We were interested in staying near Green Lake. The area is very walkable and bus routes are convenient and practical. The light rail is a short walk (maybe half a mile?) away which makes large areas of downtown Seattle accessible without having to deal with a car or parking. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, attractive, and ideally equipped for simple meal prep when we didn't eat out. The roof deck would have been a lovely place to spend time, but we were there in January and it was cold. Communication was very clear so we didn't have to reach out for anything extra. We had a wonderful time!!Just an fyi, there are stairs between the living and sleeping floors so anyone with bad knees should be aware. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed the rooftop view.I would love to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay in Green Lake – Perfect for Families!

My teenager and I had an amazing stay during our Seattle trip at this beautiful townhome in Green Lake. It was the perfect setup for us—my teen loved having his own room and privacy, and I appreciated how spacious and full of light the entire place was. The rooftop deck was a real highlight! I enjoyed relaxing on the hammock with a hot cup of tea, soaking in the sunset—it was the perfect way to unwind. One of my favorite parts was the coffee bar—it was stocked with a wide variety of choices and flavors, which made every morning a treat! And having the tea options available was such a nice touch for winding down in the evenings. The location was incredible! We didn’t need a car at all. It was just a short walk to the light rail, which made attending the Seahawks game super convenient. Green Lake Park is also just a short walk away, and there are plenty of great local restaurants nearby. The host was absolutely wonderful, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The townhome itself was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a cozy living room where we could relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seattle!

Great Location

This was a very good location for us as we wanted to be right off Green Lake while visiting family. Bonus: Retreat was a block or so away, which is a must-do favorite for us anytime we’re in Seattle. Be advised that the VRBO site states that there is on-site parking. There actually is not. You can park on the street, but I can see that being a problem at times. We seemed to be lucky enough to get a spot within a couple of blocks while we were there. It was very nice having f a full size washer and dryer. We wish we had been provided with more towels. One towel per person for three nights is not enough. I don’t reuse a towel. It’s gross to me. No hand towels, kitchen towels, and only two wash cloths were available. There was a used sponge in the kitchen sink, but no dishcloth, so if you’re really wanting to use the kitchen, paper towels will be what you’re using. We absolutely loved that there was a well-stocked coffee bar as well as a kettle. The space was warm and comfy If you’re a runner or athlete, you’ll be pleased that there is foam roller and a yoga mat available. I ran with my kids while we were there, and those items were life savers! We were also happy to have an umbrella for the one day it rained during our trip. Overall, this was a nice stay. We’d consider it again.

I'm from South Korea but have been living in Seattle for quite a while! I love it here but I'm not at home as often as I'd like so I'm hosting it to guests :)!

I like seeing the diverse people that come to stay at my home and it brings me joy to see people enjoy the space as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

Green Lake offers serenity from the city while being one of the most well connected neighborhoods in Seattle. It's a walk from a Light Rail and transit station that connects you to all other neighborhoods in Seattle with everything you need in a walking distance as well including outdoor activities, groceries, plenty of restaurants, and shops in Roosevelt Square.

What makes this property unique

The floor to ceiling windows give the townhome a relaxing feel. I also put a lot of effort in creating a space I want to come home to every night; where I can relax and get comfortable. It also has a fully stocked coffee and tea station, with a unique 9 foot wide bar table and a rooftop deck for barbeques.

These things in addition to the proximity to essential services and stellar public transportation make it an ideal home for Seattle visitors.
