You will be equipped with linens, basic cleaning supplies, a few complementary coffee pods, shampoo, body wash, high speed internet, and a 55'' smart TV. This home also includes all appliances, as well as a washer & dryer

Guest Access:
You will have complete, private access to your unit. Your entrance is on the side of the duplex property.
The owner lives in the upstairs unit, but you will have your own private unit, and private access.

The Neighborhood:
This is a truly delightful part of Montreal, some might even say it is the authentic Montreal experience. The neighborhood of NDG offers great sights, parks, restaurants, and more. You will be within walking distance of Monkland village, as well as several subway (Metro) stations, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Nearby you will find the St Joseph Oratory, views of Mount Royal, and much much more.

Getting Around:
You can easily get around using public transportation, or Uber. Bus and metro (subway) stops are all located within a 10 minute walk away. You can also always try your hand at Bixi bikes (bikes for rent).
