-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.

-Only dogs allowed (no other animal types). Maximum 2 dogs, 25 pounds each or less.
-NON SMOKING Property
-Parking available for 2 vehicles. No motorcycles or motorcycle trailers allowed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. Only dogs are allowed. No pet fee! Maximum 2 dogs weight 25 pounds each. Must pick up after dog in yard. Renter responsible for any damage.


-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
