Cape Monday Is a nice neighborhood; paved street great for walking or venture out on the walking trails that start directly across the street. Friendly neighbors, and close to the Naples causeway for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, and water sports. Or head to the quaint village of Harrison to grab an ice cream.
What makes this property unique
Welcome to Pleasant View!!! This property is brand new to the Market as of July 2024. The guest house above the garage is brand new. 2 bedrooms, full bath with washer/dryer, open living room with 75" smart TV, and kitchenette and dining, and deck. The main house with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths has been freshly painted, new floors upstairs with amazing views only steps to the water, and views of Pleasant Mountain. This property has a level lot with easy access to dock and the water. Enjoy your time in the water with sandy bottom access; Enjoy swimming, and fishing off the dock or the granite steps to the lake. A canoe, inflatable kayak, and inflatable paddle board are included, with 4 adult life jackets. Peaceful setting to relax and have fun on your vacation in the Lakes Region; 10 minutes to Naples Causeway and 5 minutes to downtown Harrison. 15 minutes to Bridgton, 25 minutes to Shawnee Peak, 45 minutes to Shawnee Peak, 30 minutes to Windham, and 1 hour to Portland.
