You are going to love this 3rd floor walk up 2BR/2BA condo at Surfside II from Rent On Padre. Surfside II #303 sleeps 6 people and no one has to sleep on a sofa bed. You get a King size bed in the main bedroom with its own en suite. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds. It also is has a connecting bathroom.

This condo has a beautiful updated full kitchen for you to enjoy your meals in, and nearby restaurants for your meals out. The courtyard has several charcoal grills to use while you enjoy the pool and hot tub. You also have your own private washer and dryer.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.

Management Very Friendly

We booked a last minute trip. Found the condo to be clean and adequate, but on first day the kitchen sink backed up into the dishwasher, lightbulbs were like strobe lights and blender unuseable. These are simple things that housekeeping should identify and fix before guests arrive. Mangement responded quickly to fix everything, but on our last day we returned to the unit to find a man on our balcony power washing. We weren't told they would be there - and he climbed a ladder to get on the 3rd floor. Our unit was unlocked (because why would you think someone would be on your 3rd floor balcony), and our dog was scared to death because of the noise. This bothered us a great deal because it was such an invasion of our privacy. They should have given us a heads up (actually they should have waited until the next day after we left).

Todo estuvo excelente solo la televisión del cuarto principal no funcionaba la programación porqie decía q ocupaba asistencia y no pudimos utilizarla pero fuera de eso todo muy bien
