This recently renovated home was designed to be the perfect vacation getaway! The home is located within 1 mile of old town and 1.5 miles from CSU so you'll be right in the heart of Fort Collins!

The back yard is set to provide comfort for your stay with plenty of seating for you to warm up next to the fire pit or play cornhole. The yard is fully fenced and great to bring your dogs (sorry no cats) but they must be on your travel guest list.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No Parties or Events - No smoking - Dogs under 35 lbs are allowed but must be approved and included on your guest list as there is a pet fee associated. Please no cats. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a minimum fee of $250 for any violation of our house rules or immediate removal from the premises.
