Our Home consists of a Full Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms, Livingroom with a 55” HD Tv.
And a game room, kids corner.
Shared Backyard which includes putting green and campfire area.
* The Kitchen has all new appliances including a fridge, Oven/stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, And is fully stocked with supplies.
* 3 Bedrooms are all located upstairs.

Every Bedroom Has a sound machine for a restful nights of sleep after a long days of adventure.
* 2 Full Bathrooms are located upstairs
* 1/2 Bathroom Is located on the main Floor.
* Washer and Dryer are located on the Main Floor.
* Game Room with a tv/seating area are Located in the Basement.

*Keyless Keypad is located by the main entrance.
* Free Parking for 2 Vehicles

* Parties and Large Events will not be allowed and will be strictly enforced.
* We do not provide any Bath Towels for the Hot Tub.
Hey There. We cant wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. [ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. Per person a day or Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. [ 2 ] No parties, No loud music, No boisterous behavior. [ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section. [ 4 ] Renters agree to not contact Host until they have read the house Manuel. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. [ 5 ] Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee. { 6 } Unless previously agreed upon Host , there is a $50.late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ for each hour thereafter. [ 7 ] If by your Fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund, per guest. [ 8 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for immediate eviction with no refund, this will result in a $500 Penalty additional to any applicable fees. [ 9 ] Any missing/damaging items guest are responsible to pay the cost. If any windows or doors are left open after the guest leaves there will be a 250$ charge. [ 10 } * PET FRIENDLY*

A Fee of $200. must be paid BEFORE guests arrival. There is a max weight 40 pounds.
Only 1 dog max on the property.
Sorry, But no cats or exotic animals are allowed on the property. If evidence of an unapproved [ or unpaid for ]
pet is located on the property, there will be a $500. non refundable fine,
please clean up after your pet in the yard
( Bring your own doggy waste bags ] and in the home.
Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the house.
If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a cage.
